Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-03-02
1. Introduction
WIGGLUM is a daily competitive web game operated from Ireland. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
2. What we collect
- Google account identifier when you sign in
- Email address and display name if provided by Google
- Your public WIGGLUM username
- Verified run submissions, replay inputs, leaderboard positions, and medal history
- Basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and request metadata for security and abuse prevention
3. How we use data
We use data only to operate the game, verify runs, maintain leaderboards, protect competitive integrity, and provide account management. We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers.
4. Cookies
WIGGLUM uses only essential cookies for authentication and security. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service and are not used for behavioural advertising.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Historical leaderboard results are permanent records of competition. If you delete your account, personal identifiers are removed or anonymised where possible without compromising historical result integrity.
6. Third parties
Google OAuth is used for authentication. Infrastructure providers such as hosting, PostgreSQL, and Redis may process operational data as required to provide the service. We do not share personal data with advertisers.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data and may object to certain processing. Contact us at stanmastr@gmail.com.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but verified sessions, server-side validation, and limited data collection reduce risk.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above will be updated and the live page will reflect the current version.
